T'ai Chi Ch'uan -is an ancient meditative martial art involving a slow series of choreographed movements. Often referred to as meditation in motion, "T'ai Chi develops tranquility in the midst of movement and is based on the Chinese nature philisophy of Taoism, which emphasizes harmony with oneself and the environment, gentleness of flow and natural change and transformation.

 

Clifton Gore -began studying T'ai Chi in 1979 and since 1987 has been intensively studying Tung family Yang style. He continually receives advanced training, and attends workshops throughout the world. He has been offering classes throughout Ventura County since 1998.
