Larry began his real estate career in Ojai in 1975 and by 1978 together with his partner Dennis Guernsey had formed the local Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe. An astute and enthusiastic business man, Larry has led Coldwell Banker to the premier position in the valley making it the preferred brokerage to consult when buying or selling real estate.

After 30 years, Larry still enjoys selling real estate and personally specializes in executive and luxury homes, ranches and estates taking full advantage of his real estate finance qualifications and experience. He is also only too willing to help anyone on their way to finding and owning their own home.

Always willing to get involved in the community Larry has held the position of president of the Ojai Rotary, president of the OV Board of Realtors and is currently a founding member and director of the only locally owned bank.
